Get to Know Me

I'm Lindsey Bradley!
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives.
As a single mom of three amazing kids, I've had plenty of my own struggles with mental health, life challenges, death of friends and family members, grief, upheavals, and utilizing everything from traditional counseling to energy work to medications. 
In 2019, after the falling apart of my marriage,
I'd hit a new level of emotional low and had nothing to lose with trying a hypnotherapy appt. 
Hypnotherapy had always been on my "No Go" list due to fears and gross misconceptions (thank you Hollywood ridiculousness.) 
Well, my appt and the 2 that followed changed EVERYTHING for me. Challenges and issues I'd be dealing with for a lifetime were instantly put into new perspective and new resolutions created. The changes were so positive and profound for me that I decided then and there to change my field of study from Registered Nursing to Clinical Hypnotherapy and Parts Therapy and Integration (based on the Internal Family Systems counseling modality.)

Our life challenges, perspectives and repeating behaviors often stem from an incident/trauma experienced in our earliest childhood. These create our Subconscious Beliefs that determine how we view and respond to everything in life. 

Our "Operating Systems" aka Subconscious Belief systems need updating from time to time (just like the electronic device you're reading this on:) in order to move beyond the outdated/limiting beliefs we create as children, from a child's perspective.   

As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in the beautiful Lemhi County Valley, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients. 
And Telehealth appointments via Zoom allow me to help those around the world! 

I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. 
I don't have all the answers, but I know how to help you Find YOUR answers which are ultimately best for Your life.
